BIOGRAPHY,
Graduated in Graphic Design at the Universidad Católica de Valparaíso in Chile. In 2001, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue filmmaking. Once there, he learned the craft of Camera Assistant at ARRI and worked alongside graduate students from AFI, USC, Columbia, NYU, UCLA, Cal State Northridge, Musicians Institute, and LMU. In 2006, he joined The International Cinematographers Guild (ICG) as a 1st Assistant Camera and The Society of Camera Operators (SOC), where he continues training and education as a cameraman.
Always being very close to the sets, he has collaborated and worked on more than a hundred independent productions including feature films, shorts, documentaries, music videos, TV shows, and commercials.
During the completion of his Certificate in Directing at UCLA in 2008, he wrote, directed and produced several short films. Today, he is developing stories and a documentary project entitled, “Signos del Desierto” (Desert’s Signs), through Guerillafilms. More recently, he completed “Seven Angels” a thesis short film to launch his professional Directorial debut. |
